Woland Expression Filter
The Woland Expression Filter is a modded take on the filter commonly used in DBA pedals. This is one of those pedals that takes its cues more from a eurorack type design, but when applied to guitar with a fuzz in front, it can filter and mangle your signal in a number of disturbing ways.
I have added an alternative control mode to the frequency dial, allowing you to switch between the traditional knob or a pressure sensitive sensor pad. It also features an expression input that will sag the voltage to the photocouplers.
Please note: I recommend reading the documentation before deciding if this project is for you. The filtering itself is performed by a relatively pricey UAF42AP chip, which can go for up to $20+. I would also consider this an intermediate project for someone who has good soldering and drilling experience.
I recommend also picking up the Johnny Five 3PDT footswitch to compliment this project and provide the LED power indicator function.
