The Big Beef Bass Fuzz is my attempt at the ultimate tweak-able, one stop shop bass fuzz for floor or desktop use. It's effectively three circuits in one. A JFET clean boost into a Swollen Pickle MK2 (with minor tweaks for bass) and all internal controls now external. This is then engineered into a JFET buff and blend for all your clean blending needs.
I have also thrown in a pressure sensitive resistor pad that controls a feedback loop momentarily when touched for monstrous bass screams - plus it looks pretty cool too. Although I have designed this with bass in mind it can also function as an effective guitar pedal too.
I recommend also picking up the Johnny Five 3PDT footswitch to compliment this project and provide the LED power indicator function.
